Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated SDE-2 / SDE-3 with strong backend engineering skills and solid cloud experience (especially AWS). You will take ownership of backend modules while contributing to frontend development when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, optimizing performance, and building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and PHP.
Work with MySQL and MongoDB to model, query, and optimize data structures.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs consumed by web and mobile clients.
Implement robust logging, error handling, and retry mechanisms.
Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
Optimize application performance and database queries.
Collaborate with DevOps for deployment, monitoring, and scaling using AWS services.
Frontend Development
Develop and maintain user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Use Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap to implement clean, responsive UIs.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Qualifications & skills required:
3–6 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, and/or PHP (Laravel, Symfony, or Core).
Deep understanding of MySQL and MongoDB schema design and optimization.
Strong grasp of API architecture, request lifecycle, and security practices.
Proficiency in frontend basics: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap.
Production experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
