We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to drive the success of our sales team within the fast-paced industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and a deep understanding of the gambling market.

 

Job responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share;
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the customer base within the gambling industry;
  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure goals are met or exceeded;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and partners;
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the gambling or gaming industry;
  • Proven ability to manage and inspire a high-performing sales team;
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the gambling sector;
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRMs, and pipeline management;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Experience in online gaming, sports betting, or casino operations.
