Job responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share;
- Identify new opportunities to expand the customer base within the gambling industry;
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure goals are met or exceeded;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and partners;
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the gambling or gaming industry;
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a high-performing sales team;
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the gambling sector;
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRMs, and pipeline management;

- Experience in online gaming, sports betting, or casino operations.
