The EMERGE Graduate Program offers you the unique opportunity to do just that! During a 24-month period, you will work in different Sales and Marketing areas. Each area will have an eight-month rotation. This approach lets you build diverse skills and gain thorough knowledge of our company and industry.
Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to present your ideas and projects to executive leadership after each rotation and gain insight into the processes of a major organisation. About The Role:
Work cross-functionally, gaining insight into how the organisation collaborates while bringing creativity and innovation to drive key business goals and priorities.
Enhance your skill sets in a fast-paced environment, learning from experienced professionals as you prepare to start your career after graduation.
Participate in multiple projects, culminating in presentations to executive leadership.
Engage in skill development sessions, network with executive leaders, join international mixers, and connect with other emerging professionals in the gaming industry.
Support our Sales team in driving revenue growth through client engagement, sales presentations, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Support our Marketing team in developing and executing strategies to engage partners and clients across various channels.
Contribute to our departments by researching market trends, gathering player insights, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to align our strategy and roadmaps with business goals.
About You:
Must be a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Program in Business, Commerce or a related field.
A genuine interest and strong passion in the Gaming industry.
Self-motivated, eager to learn and willing to take initiative on tasks and responsibilities while growing and developing professional skill sets.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to connect through listening and verbalise ideas effectively.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
