We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive with a strong SaaS and iGaming background. The ideal candidate will be a superstar in building relationships and have the energy and drive to excel in a fast-paced, evolving global industry. This role requires a strategic Sales mindset with deep expertise in the iGaming industry, particularly in the B2B platforms, technology, or content provider segments, and the Fintech industry, among other high-tech products and services. This role focuses on revenue generation, fast closure of high-impact deals, and delivering and exceeding on sales targets . This person will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial expansion of our brand, developing lasting partnerships, and closing revenue-generating agreements at speed.
This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders across various departments and locations to optimise business performance, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Execution
- Identify, target, and prioritise high-value prospects using a data-informed approach.
- Tailor sales strategies based on market insights, culture, client potential, and solution fit.
- Execute the full sales cycle, from outreach to closure, with a focus on deal velocity.
- Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Own and grow a strong pipeline with predictable monthly revenue growth.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently, reducing sales cycles wherever possible.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients to maximise LTV.
- Market & Product Intelligence
- Stay current with global iGaming and Fintech trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Act as a feedback loop between the market and product/marketing teams.
- Lead compelling product demos, commercial presentations, and negotiation meetings.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and compliance.
- Provide accurate forecasts, revenue reports, and market feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and expos.
Required Experience:
- 3β5 yearsβ proven track record in SaaS, Fintech or iGaming B2B sales (e.g., platforms, aggregators, content studios, or white-label solutions).
- Experience closing deals quickly with focused Tier 1 and emerging operators across all markets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS commercial models: rev share, fixed fee, minimum guarantees, etc.
- Exceptional negotiation, pitch, and closing skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and any relevant additional market (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of ambition and energy.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and concepts.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong negotiation and outstanding presentation skills.
