Now for the first time, we are building out a founding Global Sales Development team. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in fueling our revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to shape their understanding of Sportradar’s value proposition.

You’ll be on the front lines of growth — the voice and energy behind Sportradar’s first impression. Your mission: spark meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities, and create the pipeline that fuels our global sales success.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Lead with creativity. Use video, LinkedIn, tailored messaging, and innovative research to connect with decision-makers in the sports, media, and betting industries. Your outreach won’t feel like a template; it’ll feel like a conversation that matters.
- Be where our prospects are. Represent Sportradar at industry events, conferences, and live experiences — building genuine relationships with people shaping the future of sport and media
- Own your outreach. Run your own outbound campaigns across multiple channels and respond quickly and thoughtfully to inbound leads.
- Qualify with insight. Assess each opportunity against our ideal customer profile and dig deep to understand business goals, challenges, and timing.
- Tell the Sportradar story. Bring our value proposition to life — showing how data, technology, and sport converge to create new possibilities for fan engagement and commercial growth.
- Collaborate across teams. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align messaging, share insights, and refine our go-to-market plays
- Stay sharp. Keep Salesforce spotless, track what’s working, and continually raise the bar on performance.
- Stay curious. Immerse yourself in the market, understand emerging technologies, media models, and how the global sports ecosystem is evolving.

You’ll define how we engage new clients across the sports, media, and betting industries, creating playbooks and building a world-class growth engine from the ground up.

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role (preferably in SaaS, tech, or media).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence.
- Clear, persuasive communicator – confident across emails, calls and social
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and defining your patch fowrard
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for sports, data, or media is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
