THE JOB:
As a Sales Associate at MCM (Modern Creation München), you will be the face of the brand and MGM National Harbor, engaging guests while delivering exceptional service and a memorable shopping experience. MCM is known for manufacturing some of the finest quality leather bags and accessories that are stylish, functional and innovative in both materials and design.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Engage every guest with warmth and professionalism, delivering WOW moments during their shopping experience.

• Assist guests in finding products that meet their needs while driving sales.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment, ensuring products are fully stocked and easy to shop.

• Own the guest experience by anticipating needs and sharing feedback with Retail Management to continually enhance service.

• Follow all Retail, Point-of-Sales (POS), and Cash Handling procedures with accuracy and integrity.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Prior experience in customer or guest service (retail, hospitality, or related field) preferred.

• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
