Role Overview
We’re hiring a commercially driven Sales & Account Manager to grow and manage participation for Affiliate Grand Slam. This role owns the full commercial cycle — from prospecting and closing new partners to managing long-term relationships through HubSpot CRM. You’ll work with senior decision-makers across the iGaming ecosystem and play a key role in scaling one of the industry’s most important affiliate-focused events.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and knows how to turn conversations into deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive participation, sponsorship, and exhibition sales.
- Identify, approach, and close new business with affiliates, operators, networks, platforms, and service providers.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Consistently hit and exceed individual sales targets and revenue KPIs.
Account Management & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of partners using HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat participation and upsell opportunities.
- Act as the main commercial point of contact before, during, and after events.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and expand partner value year over year.
Partnerships & Commercial Deals
- Negotiate sponsorship packages, exhibition space, and tailored partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align partner expectations with delivery.
- Ensure a smooth handover from sales to execution while maintaining client confidence and satisfaction.
Industry Presence & Market Insight
- Represent the brand at international conferences, networking events, and industry meetups (travel required).
- Stay up to date with iGaming, affiliate marketing, and performance media trends.
- Provide commercial feedback to internal teams to improve event positioning, content, and partner experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within iGaming, affiliate marketing, digital media, or events.
- Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
- Experience managing pipelines and accounts in HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regularly for events and meetings.
