How you'll be part of the action

Reporting to the Rewards Program Manager, this role is at the centre of a high-impact program across 3,600 venues. You’ll drive execution, ensure accuracy, and keep everything running seamlessly while working closely with sales teams and venue partners nationwide.

• Coordinate end-to-end rewards redemption across ticketing, experiences and promotional programs
• Create and optimise processes to improve efficiency, consistency and scalability
• Maintain precise records and reporting aligned with strict compliance standards
• Partner with sales representatives and venues to resolve inquiries and issues quickly
• Drive engagement by supporting promotion of the rewards program to venues
• Collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth program delivery

What you'll need to succeed

You’re an organised, energetic coordinator who thrives in fast-moving environments where accuracy matters. You bring strong administration capability, a proactive mindset, and the personality to build great relationships while managing high volumes of detailed work.

• Experienced in events management with strong coordination and delivery capability
• Proven ability to manage detailed administrative tasks with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail with disciplined record-keeping and organisation
• Ability to use project management or customer systems effectively
• Confident communicator who builds relationships with sales teams and venues
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues and takes action early
