Reward Project Manager

Role Purpose
We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to partner closely with our Global Reward teams in shaping, leading, and delivering large-scale initiatives that support our strategic priorities and generate measurable business impact.

In this role, you will bring proven expertise across the full project lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for partners. You will play a central role in overseeing and enabling key compensation and benefits projects within the Global Reward space, contributing directly to the success of our fast-growing global business.

Success in this position requires strong end-to-end project delivery skills, supported by excellent partner management, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide Reward initiatives, engaging with senior leaders, and thriving in cross-functional environments.


Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Lead the initiation, implementation, and optimisation of Global Reward initiatives.
  • Support the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale projects, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget.
  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, providing clarity, motivation, and direction.
  • Create and maintain project roadmaps with the programme manager, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.
  • Identify and minimise risks, proactively resolving issues before they increase.
  • Manage workstreams to successful outcomes, fostering teamwork and effective ways of working.
  • Analyse and synthesise complex information from multiple sources, translating insights into clear recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Define and monitor key success measures, reporting progress to programme manager and partners.
  • Embed continuous improvement by assembling lessons learned and applying guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and quality standards across the project lifecycle.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, including handling and supporting a small team where required.
  • Supporting with the setup of a new Group Reward PMO, supporting the programme manager in developing and rolling out the PMO framework
  • Being the key lead in educating, supporting and embedding the Group Reward PM approach with the wider Group Reward team

Skills & Capabilities

  • Shown experience as a Project Manager, ideally within Reward functions.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Skilled at delivering clear, insightful, and objective-aligned project updates that engage both leaders and teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Comfortable operating in a global organisation and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously and perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in effective tracking and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity, influence, and delivery.
  • Experience in leading business change and handling transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  •  Experienced within project delivery roles.
  •  PRINCE2, PMP, Agile ,MSP, or equivalent project management certification.
  •  Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
  •  Familiarity with digital transformation or technology enabled projects.
  •  5+ years’ experience leading complex, high-value projects with measurable business outcomes. 
  • Communicates complex issues clearly and effectively for varied audiences, from executive leadership to delivery teams and external partners.
