About the role:

The Global Finance Transformation Programme is being rolled out to recognize and address necessary elevations as Flutter transitions into a US-SEC ecosystem as well as enabling future growth and scalability.

The Project Manager – Revenue to Cash oversees and coordinates the implementation and successful delivery of change initiatives across the Revenue to Cash Process Pod, that will help shape our future finance organization. This role acts as the central point for managing the scope, timeline, and communication for Revenue to Cash, ensuring that the transformation will be implemented successfully and will meet the strategic objective of the Programme while aligning with broader business goals.

What you’ll do

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Manage the development and maintenance of integrated project plans, schedules, and milestones, liaising closely with key stakeholders across the programme.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.

• Supporting the PMO and RTC function with governance and risk management 

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage stakeholders within RTC & manage the plans to support effective delivery of the project outcomes

• Co-ordinate the activities, scheduling of workshops and meetings across multiple stakeholders

• Input to and align with appropriate governance structures, reporting processes, project management tools with risk, issues and dependencies managed

• Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and support for project initiatives.

• Manage risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and issue logs.

• Ensure project quality excellence.

What you’ll need:

• Project Coordination: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables, track progress, and meet deadlines.

• Revenue to Cash Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the RTC lifecycle and processes.

• Adaptability: Ability to handle ambiguity and adjust priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.

• Communication & Influence: Clear and concise communication skills to influence and inform stakeholders at different levels.

• Strong project management experience with Prince or PMP qualification

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent project management tools and PowerPoint skills

• Strong relationship management skills, ability to work under pressure and on own initiative

• Superb organisational skills, Self-starter

• Experience in finance organisation transformation is preferred
