Retention Sales Specialist (US Market)
The team develops its own Sweepstakes products for the US market and is looking for a Retention Sales Specialist. The role involves working with users, presenting offers and bonuses, closing sales, and increasing the number of deposits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to an existing user base and handle inbound callbacks.
• Present special offers, bonuses, and marketing campaigns to boost user engagement.
• Address customer concerns, overcome objections, and drive users toward target actions (deposits).
• Work using provided scripts while proactively building and managing your personal retention base.
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs to directly impact your total earnings.

Required skills:

• Must currently reside within the United States (mandatory condition).
• Fluent/Native English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in iGaming with a solid understanding of player behavior and retention.
• Proven phone sales experience and strong objection-handling techniques.
• Online Office Readiness: Ability to work in an "Online Office" setup (active video conference with camera on and screen sharing throughout the workday).
