The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic and has a keen interest in AML and related areas. The successful candidate will demonstrate good organisational skills and will be able to deal with issues independently and as part of a team even when working under pressure with challenging deadlines.

The primary role of the Executive is being at the forefront of the contacts to the customers undergoing the AML Source of Funds process and building the trust and rapport on these interactions for a smooth and easy completion. If you have experience in a role that required outbound contact and relationship driving, then we would love to hear from you! Personality is really the key here - enthusiasm with the natural ability to build rapport and understand who your client base is. The position forms part of the Player Engagement Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle both inbound and outbound contacts within the Source of Funds process.
  • Performing due diligence, risk profiling and assessment on members accounts using sign offs provided to the team.
  • Utilise effective questioning to fully understand to how a customer is funding their account and ensure the necessary documents are requested / acquired to compliment these admissions
  • Liaise with relevant departments including but not limited to Player Protection and AML to ensure that all required information is acquired from the customer to look at the completion of the process.
  • Working closely with the AML Analysts and MLRO regularly to share information, best practices and implement new processes and strategies.
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external escalations for the Source of Funds process.
  • Escalate all suspicious transactions, account activities, enhanced due diligence and risk profile information requiring further review / decision making to the MLRO and AML Team Lead where applicable.
  • Ensuring LSG’s operating and personal licensees’ commitments are carried out in accordance with legislative regulations such as, Responsible Gaming, Anti-Money Laundering and Data Protection. You will be expected to coordinate with our Compliance division and in particular AML team on a regular basis to ensure we are being proactive in meeting our shared objectives.
  • Assist with developing training materials, team processes and documents on AML compliance for new starters and assist with the introduction into the role.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Currently working in a sports betting/casino environment.
  • Proven understanding of LiveScore Group commercials.
  • Excellent communicator (both verbal, telephone and written).
  • Subject to specialised subject matter area training, capable of having difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Customer service and Marketing minded.
  • Pride in providing top level service.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Confident and people focused personality.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and a thirst to learn.
  • Excellent analytical skills along with Excel.
  • Strives to meet targets and deadlines.
