As a Responsible Gambling Support Advisor, you will help and support customers ensuring they receive the best service and adhere to our Responsible Gambling policies.
The Responsible Gambling Support team supports the Company’s Responsible Gambling strategy through interacting with customers who may be at risk of harms associated with gambling.
Your progression and success will be supported from your first day and, as an ever-evolving department, you will continuously expand your knowledge and skill set on a daily basis.
Excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in supporting our customers are essential. Relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
