Job Description

The Resource Executive is responsible for assigning team resources to campaigns. In the role you will support the Resource Manager in sourcing talent, resolving resource conflict across the team, taking a holistic view of all campaign staffing needs.

We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touch points, including CRM, performance marketing, TV and social.

What you will do

• Prioritisation and booking of Designers, Motion Designers and Copywriters across all live briefs, looking at campaign requirements from end to end and forward planning workload to the hour.
• Work with the Resource Manager to ensure that all talent is balanced and utilised, taking care to identify any potential resource gaps.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the creative team’s skills matrix, allocating work based on capability and fostering strong relationships
• Work with production team to effectively plan and forecast future resource requirements.
• Preparation of utilisation report for liaison with Resource Manager & Head of Production, flagging potential issues or resource gaps.
• Support the preparation of data for forward planning meetings to ensure efficient assignment of all projects, reviewing and presenting slate of incoming work.
• Maintain positive relationships with the wider Entain Creative team and outward facing stakeholders.
• Facilitate weekly creative stand-up meetings to review booked tasks, confirm understanding and accurate time allocation
• Manage any other business / creative requirements as needed.

Qualifications

Essential

• Able to balance workload across internal creative teams.
• Experienced with data, being able to track and display a forecast for resource hours and effective studio diary management.
• Excellent communication and negotiator.
• Relevant experience in a resource/studio role within a creative or marketing organisation.
• Experience with using a project resourcing system or workflow tool.
• Experience within a creative studio or agency.
• Knowledge of agency and creative processes particularly in areas such as design, conceptual advertising, print and digital.
• Experience with campaign resource requirements, understanding briefs and the time required for each stage of work and the dependencies involved.
• Experienced in resource planning, allocation, and assigning staff.
• Experience with managing challenging situations in a diplomatic manner.
• Great problem-solving skills and proactive.

Desired

• Has combination of agency and in-house experience.
• Knowledge of or interest in horse racing and/or Sports betting would be beneficial but not essential.
