About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Research & Compliance Manager to join the eLearning Experience team at iGaming Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for a critical thinker capable of conceptualising, applying, and synthesising information gathered through their own research. You will be part of a growing global team transforming digital learning for the gaming and compliance industries.
As a Research & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and curating engaging compliance, regulatory, and best-practice eLearning training for staff in the high-stakes iGaming industry. Your primary duties will include researching regulatory updates and developments in new markets, ensuring our existing catalogue of eLearning courses remains up to date and compliant, and drafting training material for new eLearning programs. The role will report to the Head of eLearning Experience and Head of Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Researching regulatory updates for all eLearning training and remaining up to date on industry-related news
- Growing our existing compliance research folder by conducting research on AML and RG regulations in core jurisdictions that iGaming Academy service
- Analysing and determining the research to be included in training
- Researching and outlining potential training courses that would be suitable for our audience
- Preparing well-structured draft content to be used as course material
- Advising on and logging all compliance related queries
- Incorporating feedback provided by stakeholders and clients to improve our product
- Collaborating with coworkers and coming up with fresh, creative content ideas, while keeping our audience in mind
- Taking legalese draft content provided by Subject Matter Experts and transforming it into engaging content appropriate for its target audience
- Managing a busy workload according to deadline
Requirements:
- English speaker (native or professional proficiency)
- 2+ years’ experience in a compliance role
- Excellent research, written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Journalism, or a related field
- Previous experience working in the Gaming space will be considered an asset
- Superbly organised and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
