Evoke is seeking a Records Manager (Trainer) to join our team!
Responsibilities
Assists Federal Records Managers responsible for leading, planning and managing organization's RM program, for both core mission and administrative records, regardless of medium or format
Works to ensure that records/information assets are managed to ensure government accountability, protect the interests of the public, and mitigate records-related litigation risks
Provides technical expertise on organization-wide RM issues
Develops enterprise-wide RM content for training employees and contractors
Provides routine and ad-hoc training to RM community and other interested parties
Provides guidance and feedback to RM Program to provide continuous improvement
Conducts audits of published training and guidance materials to ensure relevance and accuracy
Advises Federal Program Managers on adequacy of documentation, creation, and management of organization's records
Supports the transformation of organization's RM processes to address the challenges posed by electronic records
Works to ensure all organizational information systems incorporate RM functionality, appropriate to supported records/information assets
Assists the implementation of RM policies and guidance, in accordance with organization's strategic plan and all applicable Federal mandates
Coordinates with Federal Program Managers to ensure records creation, maintenance, use, and disposition comply with organization's guidance and the Federal Records Act
Supports development, establishment, maintenance, and monitoring of effective systems of administrative control(s) for safeguarding all records and deployment of IT techniques and business management practices
Education and Years of Experience
Minimum ten (10) years’ RM-related experience
Requires BA/BS in related field (IT or History)
Post-graduate degree may be substituted for six (6) years of relevant experience
Requires M365 certification and an industry-recognized Records Management credential (e.g., Certified Records Manager [CRM])

Requires excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Able to serve as a liaison between teams to drive effective and timely solutions, fulfilling both strategic and operational needs
Strong analytical skills, superior problem-solving skills, and demonstrates critical thinking
Proven ability to anticipate requirements and proactively address new tasks to completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and comfortability interacting with all personnel levels (to include Senior Leadership/Executives)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality
Requires ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision
Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required

Work Location
Hybrid: Remote / Occasional onsite (Washington, DC) support, may be required
