Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to handle and mentor 2 manual QA teams. This role is critical for ensuring high-quality delivery of game connectivity and system features. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with hands-on QA expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and run two quality assurance groups passionate about manual testing, ensuring efficient workload distribution and high-quality output.
· Lead all aspects of testing activities for game integrations and platform functionalities.
· Define and carry out QA processes, protocols, and standards.
· Collaborate with Product, Development, and Release teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
· Monitor team performance, provide mentor, and support professional growth.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives within QA processes.
· Report on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to team members.
Requirements:
· Experience:
o Minimum 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
· Skills:
o Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and tools (TestRail experience is a plus).
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Technical Knowledge:
o Familiarity with backend testing – Postman, MongoDB, SQL, Dev Tools.
o Fundamental knowledge of HTML.
o JSON and XML knowledge.
o Basic understanding of game integration processes would be helpful.
· Personal Attributes:
o Proactive, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
