Propositions Executive – Test & Learn

We’re looking for a Propositions Executive – Test & Learn to join our Propositions Team at Paddy Power part of Flutter UK & Ireland.

The Propositions Executive – Test & Learn is responsible for shaping the future of generosity at Paddy Power through experimentation. You will lead the planning and execution of the Test & Learn roadmap, helping to define, deliver and measure new tokenised generosity initiatives. You will partner across the business to develop and optimise new propositions, constantly pushing our thinking and execution forward.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will lead the Test & Learn agenda, shaping and executing the roadmap of new initiatives and working cross functionally to uplift capabilities.

• You will identify, prioritise and understand the impact of experiments that improve customer and commercial value.

• You will develop new proposition ideas in collaboration with CRM, Commercial Analytics, Product and Brand.

• You will work closely with Promo Operations to enhance campaign sophistication and executional efficiency.

• You will share performance updates and learnings across the team to inform future activity.

• You will contribute to long-term proposition planning and innovation by spotting emerging opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience in a commercial, propositions or customer marketing role in a B2C environment.

• SQL skills are not essential, but would be a distinct advantage

• Excited by the opportunity to shape new ways of delivering value to customers.

• Experience working with data and drawing actionable insights from it

• Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative, curious and commercially aware with a drive to innovate and improve.
