We’re looking for a Propositions Executive – Lifecycle & Retention to join our Propositions Team at Paddy Power part of Flutter UK & Ireland.

The Propositions Executive – Lifecycle & Retention is responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of always-on customer flows. You will lead how we deliver generosity across early life, reactivation and retention journeys, ensuring the right value lands at the right time in the right way. You will also play a key role in executing pre-planned campaigns for major events like Cheltenham and the World Cup, tailoring flows to the moment and the customer.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will deliver and optimise always-on customer journeys across early life, retention and reactivation.

• You will integrate generosity into key lifecycle stages to enhance engagement and long-term value.

• You will execute pre-planned retention activity for major sporting moments, ensuring messaging and offers align with customer activity.

• You will work cross functionally with CRM, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns are joined-up and insight-driven.

• You will collaborate with Promo Operations to improve campaign precision and delivery.

• You will analyse performance of flows and share learnings to inform future planning and proposition strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Prior experience in a commercial or marketing role in a B2C environment.

• Understanding of customer behaviour and how journeys can drive engagement.

• Comfortable using data and performance metrics to inform improvements.

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Passion for delivering standout customer experiences through relevant and timely generosity.
