We’re looking for a Proofreading & Editing Co-Op to join our team and support quality control across a wide range of marketing and advertising campaigns. In this role, you’ll review digital, TV, print, and social content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Working closely with our creative and project management teams, you’ll help maintain brand integrity and deliver error-free content while sharpening your eye for detail, learning industry standards, and contributing to real-world projects in a fast-paced advertising environment.
Review and proofread marketing materials (ads, direct mail, landing pages, TV scripts) for grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency.
Verify that all content aligns with brand guidelines, project briefs, and agency standards.
Check deliverables for accuracy, including logos, partnership designations, player lineups, casino games, and other brand elements.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, project managers, and QA associates to address edits and revisions.
Maintain and reference a copy style guide to ensure consistency across campaigns.
Provide feedback to improve content quality and accuracy and support final checks before publication or delivery.
Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for language, grammar, and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with AP Style is a plus.
Interest in digital marketing, advertising, and design best practices.
Basic knowledge of sports, casino games, or betting terminology is a plus, as is familiarity with DraftKings’ products.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to take initiative on tasks.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 16.16 USD - 20.20 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
