Your Impact

Create, build, and deliver engaging promotional experiences that excite our customers and strengthen two of Australia’s most iconic wagering brands - Ladbrokes and Neds.

As a Promotions Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind campaigns that connect our customers with the thrill of the punt, while ensuring every promotion is accurate, compliant, and world-class.

Working closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Brand teams, you’ll bring promotions to life from concept to delivery - building, testing, launching, and optimising. You’ll use data and insights to enhance performance, champion process improvements, and help shape how our customers experience wagering in a safe, responsible, and exciting way.

A Day in the Life

Based in our Bowen Hills office, we embrace a hybrid working model - with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. It’s balance that lets you thrive while doing what you love.

Here’s a snapshot of your day:

• Build and execute weekly promotions across Ladbrokes and Neds platforms.
• Ensure all promotions are accurate, compliant, and on-brand.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and delivery across channels.
• Conduct daily QA checks to maintain consistency and quality.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Report on campaign success and share insights with the wider marketing team.
• Champion enhancements to the promotions process and customer experience.

Your Strengths

• Experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or promotions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with strong written communication skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for racing, sport, and digital engagement.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field (advantageous).
