A well-established name in the iGaming sector in Malta is seeking a passionate Promotional Lead to join their innovative team on a full-time basis.
The Promotional Lead will spearhead the strategy and activation of promotional tools, working closely with the Head of Promotions, Account Management, and Sales teams to drive client success and tool adoption.

This position is hybrid based in Sliema.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Strategy Shaper: Collaborate with the Head of Promotions to craft sales and implementation strategies for engagement and promotional tools.

Market Launcher: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new tools and features, ensuring seamless launches.

Content Crafter: Create compelling messaging, sales materials, case studies, and onboarding packs in partnership with Marketing and Product teams.

Brand Guardian: Ensure all client-facing materials are consistent with brand guidelines and meet regulatory standards.

Client Advocate: Join Account Managers in client meetings to showcase promotional tools, highlight CRM and revenue impacts, and provide technical guidance.

Adoption Driver: Identify underutilized tools and work with Account Management to boost adoption through tailored campaigns.

Setup Specialist: Assist with back-office configuration and promotion setup for network-wide and bespoke campaigns.

Tech Translator: Simplify complex technical details for clients and support Account Managers in resolving client queries.

Player Journey Expert: Analyze player journeys across promo tools to advise clients, enhance training, and suggest UX or feature improvements.

Data Strategist: Partner with BI and Analytics teams to track tool performance and player engagement, driving data-informed optimizations.

Feedback Catalyst: Collect insights from stakeholders and operators to fuel continuous improvement and shape product roadmaps.

Trend Spotter: Share market trends and competitor insights to guide product development and strategy.

Team Connector: Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing, Commercial, CRM, and Compliance teams for cohesive execution.

Knowledge Sharer: Deliver ongoing internal training and maintain updated documentation to keep teams informed and prepared.

Issue Resolver: Coordinate cross-team efforts to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.
WHO ARE YOU?

iGaming Enthusiast: You bring 4–5 years experience in iGaming or a related digital B2B environment, with a focus on product marketing or customer retention.

Promo Pro: You’re familiar with casino player engagement strategies and have hands-on experience with promotional setups and CRM tools.

Clear Communicator: Your outstanding English and strong presentation skills allow you to simplify complex features for clients and teams.
