In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in establishing outstanding governance and management processes for our IT Roadmaps and Project Delivery. Your expertise will drive continuous improvements, ensuring that our IT organization operates flawlessly and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Drive effective program management, governance, and implementation of guidelines across programs, including regular operations reviews and steering committees.
• Build positive relationships across the IT organization and with senior business executives.
• Deliver high-impact executive-level presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap status.
• Coordinate IT Planning, Governance, and Management processes, driving adoption, adherence, and change management.
• Lead and coordinate the efforts of personnel within the IT Planning and Governance organization.
• Manage the ongoing development and maintenance of business-aligned technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with annual budget planning.
• Curate and drive the IT Delivery Improvement Roadmap.
• Coordinate the Quarterly Planning Process, IT Project Budget/Financials, and IT Project Executive Dashboards and Reports.
• Identify, develop, and drive continuous improvements for IT project delivery, processes, and tools.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required in computer science, business, project management, or engineering; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• PMP, CSM certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct project and program management experience, with 2+ years passionate about IT Governance and Management.
• Excellent project coordination and change facilitation skills, with a demonstrated track record of applying program management principles for strong results.
• Proven experience implementing PMO tool improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Planning and Governance guidelines and standards.
• Ability to work with senior business and IT leaders on long-term planning and roadmap development.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to deal with ambiguity, and remain effective and positive under pressure.
• Located in Las Vegas with the ability to work flexible hours with collaborators across multiple time zones.
