The Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery planning of product and technology initiatives, based on input from the Programme Manager and product stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring expertise in Agile methodologies and support scrum teams in applying best practices to achieve delivery goals.
The role will proactively identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage both internal and external dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, this position will require travel to other locations, including Leeds, London, and Dublin.
What You'll be Doing:
Plan and report delivery progress across initiatives.
Contribute to the overall prioritisation process, communicate agreed priorities, ensure they are respected, and drive actions to enable them.
Manage internal and external dependencies for roadmap initiatives, reporting into Programme Management.
Collaborate with delivery teams on resource allocation, planning, and driving efficiencies using Agile Scrum practices.
Coordinate technical due diligence when engaging new suppliers and clearly articulate commercial input.
Resolve and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner to minimise impact on delivery.
Proactively remove blockers to maintain team progress and delivery momentum.
Generate reports from Agile tooling to measure delivery stream effectiveness and address challenges in Scrum adoption.
Coach and mentor delivery teams in effective Scrum methodology practices.
Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with technical and commercial teams to achieve desired outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience:
3+ years’ experience in project management roles, with a proven track record across the full software delivery lifecycle.
Skilled in Agile Scrum methodology, with the ability to coach and mentor teams in its effective adoption.
Plans and delivers against technical outcomes that align with the target architecture and business objectives.
Manages projects end-to-end — from concept through to business benefits realisation.
Demonstrates business goals clearly and influences teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Works proactively to deliver results, meeting challenging deadlines while maintaining quality.
Successfully manages customer engagements to completion and satisfaction.
Builds strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders through mutual respect, openness, and transparency.
Promotes change as an opportunity to improve values, principles, and practices.
Works at pace and fosters a sense of urgency through high collaboration.
Experienced in implementing third-party products and platforms.
Communicates complex technical challenges in a simple, effective manner, both verbally and in writing.

Agile Scrum: A practitioner of Agile Scrum that can coach teams how to optimize delivery streams. Ability to generate reports using tooling that outlines effectiveness in the delivery process within the business division.
