Kambi is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our PMO team based in our London office. You will be joining a small team providing project management to the Kambi business globally.

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO team. This is a business change focused role leading medium and large projects spanning all operational functions in the business globally.  You will be an ambitious and driven PM with a track record in managing multiple projects with cross functional teams. You will thrive in a complex and regulated environment. You will be the primary point of contact on matters relating to the project with visibility across our leadership team. You will relish a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, balancing competing projects and managing stakeholder expectations. 

The role reports to Senior Business Analyst of Project Management within the Strategy Department. 

Experience/Skills:

  • Manage all phases of projects end-to-end, from kick-off to go-live. Demonstrate a flair for the implementation phase – supporting and leading your team to execute changes to business-as-usual through your tools and processes.
  • Adapt to the needs of your team by applying experience across different project management methodologies.
  • Ensure project objectives are met while controlling scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Experience with a variety of projects, from delivering software procurement projects through to complex tenders with potential new customers and possible future company acquisitions. 
  • Track project progress, assess risks and impacts of implemented changes, and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
  • Lead and foster change within the business, ensuring successful adoption and achievement of desired business outcomes.
  • Gather and document information about business processes and systems.
  • Analyse problems in terms of processes and systems; communicate findings and coordinate the implementation of recommended solutions.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively: understand their requirements and balance them with delivery capabilities.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of project management practices within the business.
  • Act as a mentor to colleagues driving business change initiatives.
  • Ideally Prince2 or PMP certified, or able to demonstrate equivalent project management expertise and experience.
