We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our development team.
✅ Requirements:
✔ At least 3 years of experience in IT;
✔ Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must;
✔ Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
✔ Managing team experience;
✔ Knowledge of Jira, Confluence;
✔ Advanced verbal communication skills;
✔ Knowledge of time management;
✔ Be a decision maker and possess problem-solving skills;
✔ Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks;
✔ Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English.
✅ Nice to have:
✔ PMP, PSM or the equivalent certificates.
✅ Responsibilities:
✔ Managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution;
✔ Time and efforts tracking, regular status reporting;
✔ Development team coordination;
✔ Project risk management;
✔ Maintaining project documentation.
