We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in executing high-value strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time—while driving meaningful organizational impact.

• Lead and Inspire: Manage cross-functional project teams of 25+ members; coach, mentor, and supervise team members to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Define Scope and Objectives: Determine and document project scope, gather and validate requirements, and secure sign-offs from key stakeholders.
• Plan and Execute: Develop comprehensive project plans; break down high-level scopes into actionable tasks; monitor and manage project progress to ensure successful delivery.
• Resource Management: Identify resource needs, establish milestones, and utilize project schedules to track activities effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide consistent updates to various stakeholders, including upper management, on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize impact on timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Leverage Expertise: Apply best practices and domain knowledge in online gaming (or related industries) to continuously improve project deliverables and outcomes.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Business Development, Compliance, Product, Development, Finance, HR, Legal, and other teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Establish Processes: Contribute to building standardized project management practices, templates, and tools to strengthen PM capabilities across the organization.
• Reflect and Improve: Lead project retrospectives and present lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 3-7 years in project management or roles involving delivery flow oversight and team alignment; experience in online gaming, fintech, or software development industries is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead large teams, manage complexity, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Problem-Solving: Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities; a proactive mindset with a bias for action.
• Certifications: Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred but not required.
• AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and project management tools (e.g., AI-driven scheduling, automated reporting, or LLM-assisted documentation) will be considered a plus.
