About Flutter Functions
The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company.
Role Overview:
This is a high-pressure role requiring tenacity and persistence in pursuing service excellence. The position involves representing the team across the Flutter Group's global operations, building knowledge bases, and establishing strong collaborative relationships across all brands and divisions.
The role is part of Flutter Group's initiative to create a globally-minded production operations function that brings all brands closer together.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- 24/7 Service Management: Monitor and manage all Flutter Group services around the clock
- Incident Management: Handle real-time incidents to minimize customer impact and meet SLAs
- JIRA Ticket Management: Process request tickets across multiple functions within agreed timeframes
- Cross-Brand Collaboration: Work with all Flutter divisions and brands to drive operational excellence
- Communication Hub: Monitor communication tools, respond to queries and escalations during shifts
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to ways of working
Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year in service management role with stability improvement experience
- Strong collaboration skills with a "no blame" attitude
- Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels (executives to first-line support)
- Experience with incident, problem, change, and configuration management
- Stakeholder relationship building and management capabilities
