Job Description

As a Production Coordinator you will be working within our in-house creative department, liaising with Production, in-house Creatives and stakeholders, to support creative teams to produce 360 campaigns across our portfolio of brands such as Ladbrokes, Coral, Foxy and Gala.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of 360° media campaigns, managing on‑air and off‑air elements from briefing through to final delivery, with a focus on Tier 3 and 4 activity and support on higher‑tier projects when needed.
• Manage end‑to‑end integrated projects, building detailed project and production schedules, assigning tasks, coordinating internal resource, and ensuring all key milestones, delivery dates and live dates are met.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders, including Delivery & Automation, gathering technical specifications, requesting and actioning feedback, and managing expectations throughout each campaign.
• Support Producers on Tier 1/2 campaigns and shoots, helping ensure smooth execution while maintaining high production standards.
• Ensure compliance with current industry regulations and health & safety requirements, particularly when planning or supporting shoots.
• Maintain accurate team documentation, including resource plans, project status updates, and budget trackers, while forward‑planning production tasks across multiple campaigns and managing dependencies.                                              

Qualifications

• Experienced Production Coordinator or Project Manager, confident working autonomously on creative projects within an agency, production company or in‑house environment.
• Strong understanding of post‑production workflows, including static and motion design processes, post‑production pipelines and short‑form video content.
• Proactive and effective communicator, skilled at managing information, gathering and acting on feedback, and collaborating smoothly with a range of teams.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and deliver high‑quality creative output, consistently meeting agreed delivery requirements and facing clients confidently.
• Hands‑on production insight, ideally including experience supporting or working on shoots.
• Additional interests or sector experience, such as enthusiasm for sport or gaming, and familiarity working with brands in regulated industries.
