You’ll play a key role in shaping the vision, strategy and roadmap for our ERP & CRM ecosystem, with a strong focus on platforms such as Salesforce.
Your Role in action
In this Product Owner role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure our ERP and CRM solutions are delivering real value for customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration to align the ERP / CRM vision, strategy and roadmap
- Own and prioritise the product backlog to maximise customer and business value
- Translate customer, commercial and operational needs into scalable ERP / CRM (Salesforce) solutions
- Partner with delivery teams to design, build and iterate solutions using agile methodologies
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development lifecycle
- Evaluate delivered work to ensure solutions address real customer and business problems
- Conduct discovery and assess the commercial value of roadmap and backlog initiatives
- Prepare products for launch and manage the ongoing product lifecycle
- Measure and report on product performance, driving continuous improvement
- Ensure customer care, risk and compliance requirements are embedded in delivery
Your Game-Changing Qualities
You bring curiosity, commercial thinking and the ability to bring clarity to complex system landscapes.Experience & Capability
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner
- Hands-on experience working with ERP and/or CRM platforms, such as Salesforce (essential)
- Proven ability to translate customer and business insights into system-led solutions
- Strong experience in agile, iterative delivery environments
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work that delivers meaningful value
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
- Proven use of analytics and data to inform decision-making
Desirable
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Understanding of end-to-end customer and operational processes
- Digital and systems savvy with an appreciation of enterprise-scale platforms
