We're looking for a Product Manager to join the Gaming Rewards & Community tribe at Flutter UKI, working across some of the UKI’s most iconic Gaming brands. If you're looking for a rare opportunity to shape the future of gaming at scale, then this is the role for you!
As we supercharge our Gaming growth, this role will be integral in implementing our product vision and roadmap for our Accelerate free-to-play value stream, within the Rewards & Community tribe strategy. Our free-to-play experiences are a key driver of engagement, retention and conversion. Designed to offer value to our gaming customers, deliver excitement, reward through generosity and give them a reason to keep coming back.
You’ll be working with teams across the business to support and drive forward our UKI product strategy, as well as individual brands. Partnering with stakeholders and cross functional teams, you’ll set direction, uncover new opportunities, and deliver high impact experiences that continuously improve the customer journey. Collaborating with stakeholders from across the business, you’ll be responsible for discovering and defining new ways in which we can surprise and delight our customers in unexpected ways, with a laser focus on continuous journey optimisation. You’ll be comfortable with using insights and data to help drive decisions and will bring the best parts of our Product offering to the customer, ensuring safer gambling is a priority in everything we do.
Run product discovery processes to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas.
Execute product development with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
Manage a product backlog, ensuring the most impactful products and features are delivered.
Work in a startup culture within a large corporate environment, fostering creativity and agility.
Organise hackathons and design sprints to foster innovation and rapid prototyping.
Demonstrate you can navigate complex organisational structures and operate in an environment of change and ambiguity.
Passionate about product management, technology and innovation and open to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead discussions.
You’ll be research led and always thinking about the customer.
