Hard Rock Digital

Sports Trading and Risk Management

Job description

What are we building?

Hard Rock Digital is on a mission to become the premier destination for online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming. We’re building products for millions of users with integrity, innovation, and a deep respect for the regulatory frameworks that govern our industry.

Rooted in the legacy of Hard Rock and the Seminole Tribe of Florida, our brand is synonymous with excellence in entertainment, gaming, and hospitality — and we’re bringing that same standard to the digital space. Ready to join a team built for growth and impact?

What’s the position?

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead our regulatory and compliance reporting initiatives — with a focus on defining, managing, and evolving a complex suite of reports that span multiple jurisdictions.

You’ll be responsible for understanding how reporting requirements play out across states, how the same report can differ depending on the market, and what needs to change when we expand, update data sources, or address audit findings. You’ll define requirements for new reports, refine existing ones, and make sure we’re always delivering the right information, to the right people, in the right format — even as those targets shift.

You won’t be coding or managing delivery teams — but you’ll work closely with them to ensure that what's built matches the intent. You’ll be the subject matter expert on report logic, field-level meaning, compliance drivers, and jurisdictional nuance. When something needs to change — or when something breaks — you’re the person who can cut through the noise, make the call, and drive clarity across functions.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role on a growing team at the core of Hard Rock Digital’s future. As regulatory expectations grow and our footprint expands into new markets, building a best-in-class reporting foundation isn’t optional — it’s essential. You’ll have the support, access, and autonomy needed to get it right.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain requirements for all regulatory and compliance reports — from initial discovery through launch and ongoing updates
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and external regulators to make sure we understand — and can meet — what’s required in each market
  • Work alongside engineering and delivery teams as the subject matter expert to make sure what’s built matches what’s intended
  • Identify gaps in existing reporting capabilities and develop solutions that are scalable and repeatable across markets
  • Document and communicate requirements in a way that’s accessible, auditable, and explainable — even under pressure
  • Track regulatory changes and lead the effort to adjust reporting requirements accordingly
  • Help cross-functional teams understand regulatory requirements, what's at stake, and how each report contributes to broader compliance goals

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who loves structure but isn’t afraid of chaos. Someone who doesn’t wait for perfect specs or clean handoffs — but rolls up their sleeves, asks hard questions, and builds clarity out of complexity.

You’ve probably worked in compliance or regulatory-heavy environments before. You know that precision matters, that ambiguity is everywhere, and that getting it right sometimes means digging five layers deep just to fix a single field.

This isn’t a quiet documentation role. It’s hands-on, high-stakes, and scrappy. You’ll be the bridge between people who speak different languages — legal, technical, data — and you’ll need to keep the big picture intact without letting details fall through the cracks.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product, compliance operations, regulatory reporting, or adjacent roles
  • Technical fluency — you can speak the language of APIs, data pipelines, and integration plans even if you're not the one writing the code
  • Strong analytical chops — you’ve worked with SQL, BI tools, or large datasets and aren’t afraid to dig into the data to verify assumptions
  • A bias toward action — you don’t get stuck waiting for someone else to make the first move
  • Comfort working closely with legal, compliance, external regulators, and engineering stakeholders across time zones
  • The ability to influence without authority, make defensible decisions, and challenge assumptions when needed
  • A sense of humor, perspective, and resilience — because compliance doesn’t have to be boring

What’s in it for you?

We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation. Our team benefits include:

  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Flexible vacation allowance
  • Flexible work from home or office hours
  • Startup culture backed by a secure, global brand
  • Opportunity to build products enjoyed by millions as part of a passionate team
