What’s the position?

We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Product Manager to lead one of our key product teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the strategy, development, and delivery of initiatives that enable a seamless player experience — including geolocation, customer support features, the help center, login, and more.

You'll operate at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and business strategy, helping us deliver innovative solutions that delight millions of users.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product strategy for the Player Success team

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer operations, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional solutions

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing, fast-growing product team through a collaborative and transparent culture

  • Drive the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and roadmap planning through design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization

  • Champion customer and business needs, translating them into innovative product experiences

  • Foster a startup mentality that emphasizes technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement

  • Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure product alignment with business goals



What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of proven product management experience with a strong record of delivering successful product features

  • Expertise in one or more of the team’s core features and/or sportsbook product development (5+ years preferred)

  • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver products on time and within budget

  • Strong experience working within agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work across teams and time zones

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for building outstanding customer experiences
