Job Description

Overview

Sportradar is the leading global provider of sports betting and sports entertainment products and services. Since 2001, we have operated at the intersection of sports, media, and betting, delivering solutions that help sports federations, media companies, consumer platforms, and betting operators grow their businesses.

Our Sports Virtualisation unit builds innovative technologies that are transforming how fans experience sport. Using cutting-edge computer vision and real-time graphics, we enable live rendering of statistics and virtual advertising on broadcasts, as well as virtual recreations of sports events powered by skeletal tracking data.

Our augmented streaming solution is already live with the NBA, DFL, ATP, and table tennis, and has received industry awards. Together with top leagues and federations around the globe, we are shaping the next generation of fan engagement products.

We are looking for a Product Manager with 3+ years of experience, a passion for sports- especially soccer and basketball - and the drive to build engaging products using the latest real-time graphics technology. In this role, you will own product scope, align stakeholders across business and engineering, and guide cross-functional teams with a clear product vision and roadmap in an agile environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive product scope, priorities, and roadmap in line with company strategy
  • Work closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to define product direction
  • Maintain a well-prioritised backlog of epics, features, and user stories ready for development
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and specifications
  • Partner with agile development teams to break down requirements into actionable deliverables
  • Evaluate feature requests based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
  • Act as the main point of contact and internal ambassador for the product
  • Identify risks, solve product-related challenges, and support trade-off decisions when needed
  • Track delivery progress and ensure developed features meet agreed scope and functionality
  • Participate in release demos, gather feedback, and continuously improve future iterations
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, competitors, and emerging technologies to keep our products ahead

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, computer science, business informatics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software or IT environment
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with lean product management principles
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Confidence using AI tools to work faster and smarter
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to align diverse teams around a shared goal
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Passion for sports; interest in complex sports data and statistics is a plus

What We Offer

  • The chance to help shape innovative sports products powered by the latest computer vision technology
  • A truly international and collaborative environment with engineering teams across Europe, Asia, and the US
  • Challenging, rewarding work with meaningful impact
  • A non-hierarchical, outcome-oriented culture that values initiative and teamwork
  • Individual learning and development opportunities
  • Competitive salary and benefits, including retirement pension and healthcare
  • A flexible hybrid work model built on trust and autonomy
  • Corporate fitness activities and a dedicated fitness programme
  • An inclusive community, including groups such as Women in Tech and Pride, open to all
