ENTER THE GAME

As a Product Manager for Internal Modelling within our Trading Intelligence tribe, you will help build the next generation of proprietary pricing systems that power Betclic's sportsbook. You'll focus on the platforms, tools, and workflows that enable our Quant Analysts to develop, validate, deploy, and monitor internal pricing models across multiple sports. Your mission is to drive product discovery, uncover high-impact opportunities, and shape next-gen solutions that ensure our pricing offering remains world-class.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

Understanding modelling and market landscape

  • Analyze Quant Analysts' model development and deployment.
  • Map the full lifecycle and stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
  • Benchmark Betclic’s capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams to align modelling needs within the broader platform.

Leading product discovery and innovation

  • Drive discovery with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Identify bottlenecks and prioritize impactful opportunities.
  • Validate solutions through prototypes and feedback.
  • Explore innovations to enhance automation and future capabilities.

Shaping strategy and roadmap

  • Contribute insights to develop a long-term modelling strategy.
  • Ensure capabilities evolve to meet or surpass market standards.
  • Align platform development with business goals.
  • Communicate how improvements create competitive advantages.

Building solutions and measuring impact

  • Design systems for rapid iteration, stability, and governance.
  • Work with teams to develop scalable modelling tools.
  • Track success metrics and optimize based on performance and market trends.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm! You also combine analytical depth with strong product craftsmanship.

This job is for you if:

• You have 3-5+ years of Product Management experience in data platforms, ML/AI tooling, pricing engines, or complex technical products.

• You’re strong in Product Discovery and Delivery and comfortable navigating technically complex and ambiguous domains.

• You can engage confidently with Quant Analysts and Engineers on modelling, algorithms, data pipelines, and system architecture.

• You can quickly grasp sportsbook fundamentals.

• You are data-driven and design instrumentation strategies to measure model performance and platform effectiveness.

• You excel at synthesizing conflicting inputs into clear, pragmatic roadmaps.

• You have the technical fluency to make informed architectural trade-offs and challenge partners constructively.

• You communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences.

• You speak English fluently (French is a plus).

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in pricing, trading, or risk systems (sports betting, fintech, capital markets).

• Familiarity with statistical modelling, simulations, or ML workflows.

• Deep understanding of the sports data and pricing feed ecosystem.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

  • If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
  • You will then meet Mario, Head of Product, your future manager,
  • Next, you will work on a case study to present to Mario and Francesco, Director of Sport's Offer.
  • Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
