Weβre looking for a Product Manager with hands-on experience in the iGaming industry to help drive the development and continuous improvement of the B2B platform.
Responsibilities:
- Shape product features by prioritising ideas that drive user engagement across the B2B platform;
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery;
- Review the customer journey to spot friction points and propose impactful improvements that enhance engagement;
- Design and implement strategies to elevate the user experience, increase satisfaction, and encourage long-term platform use;
- Partner with development, design and QA teams to turn product needs into actionable user stories and technical documentation;
- Collaborate with UX/UI specialists to create seamless, intuitive interfaces that enhance usability and retention;
- Use data and analytics to guide product decisions, assess feature performance, and discover areas for further enhancement;
- Keep a close eye on industry developments, new tech, and best practices to help shape forward-thinking engagement solutions;
- Engage with clients and partners to collect feedback, uncover challenges, and ensure their input influences product updates;
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders regarding the roadmap, upcoming features, and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Product Manager;
- Background in the iGaming domain is essential;
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing B2B or B2C products, with a clear focus on user satisfaction and engagement;
- Strong skills in data analysis and user research, with the ability to turn insights into practical product actions;
- Confident communicator with solid presentation skills, capable of bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams;
- Upper-intermediate or fluent English proficiency.
