The Role:
We're looking for a Product Manager who can own a product area end-to-end, someone who thrives in the detail without losing sight of the outcome. You'll work closely with the Product Lead and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver well-defined product outcomes across for our clients.
You'll be expected to deeply understand the domain you're assigned, drive discovery, write clear tickets or fully fledged specifications where needed, manage stakeholder expectations, and keep delivery moving without constant escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for one or more product areas
- Discovery, requirements, sprint execution, release and iteration
- Write detailed specifications and acceptance criteria that engineering can act on without back and forth
- Maintain a healthy backlog with discipline, balancing delivery against new requirements, tech debt and compliance obligations with cross functional teams from various disciplines such as Engineering QA, and design to resolve blockers, clarify scope and keep sprints on track
- Engage with account management to gather requirements and manage expectations on delivery timeline
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in Software development (during employment or o
- 3-5 years in a product management role preferable with experience in iGaming, Fintech or any other B2B oriented operator relationships
- Experienced working with platform or back-office systems, integrations and data
- Able to navigate technical conversations with engineers
- Confident in managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
