Product Manager - Bet Lifecycle

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Bet Lifecycle team.

The Bet Lifecycle team sits within our UK & Ireland Sports Product organisation and owns the customer journey from the betslip through to open, in-play, and settled bets. Every customer who places a sports wager across our brands touches this flow, giving a uniquely high-leverage mandate. Our mission is to make the journey seamless, intuitive, and genuinely exciting by removing friction while maximising clarity and confidence. We operate as a hypothesis-led, experiment-heavy and data-driven team. We collaborate regularly with Engineering, Trading, Commercial, and Design partners to ship measurable gains in betslip conversion and positive bet engagement.

Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, the Product Manager will take end-to-end ownership of a single vertical within the Bet Lifecycle, e.g. Ease of Placement or Post-Placement Excitement. You’ll contribute to strategy definition, execute on key results, run continuous discovery, and drive an experiment-based roadmap that lifts conversion and engagement within your lane. Working closely with the Lead PM on cross-vertical alignment, you'll identify opportunities within your focus area and collaborate with the team to deliver them. The right candidate should feel confident balancing customer insights, technical constraints, and commercial priorities to make sharp, evidence-based calls.

You should feel comfortable working collaboratively within a team structure, curious in taking on new challenges, and adaptable in dynamic environments. As a key contributor to the team, you'll help establish best practices and explore new approaches. Technical depth and domain experiences are bonuses, not prerequisites: what counts is proven, data-driven product judgement and the ability to turn complex stakeholder input into clear, customer-centred outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Align your team behind a common goal ensuring roadmaps are focused on delivering value driven by data for our customers and the business with clear success measures
  • Define and deliver a cross-brand roadmap that enables scalable, high-quality experiences across our brands
  • Build strong relationships to explore and test new features or capabilities using in house or third-party tech, helping validate ideas before scaling
  • Work closely with our technical specialists to help unlock the tech strategy, finding the right balance of quality and speed to market
  • Proactively communicate to our key stakeholders, manage their expectations, foster trust, and maintain a balance between ambition, doing the right thing, and speed
  • Shape and embed product best practice in your own ways of working and your teams

How you’ll do it

  • Results-focused – Strong analytical mindset with focus on measurable outcomes and ROI of features; comfortable evaluating product and commercial impact.
  • Clear communicator – Ability to translate research insights and technical considerations into clear recommendations and updates for various audiences.
  • Data-driven – Comfortable with A/B testing principles, analysing results, and using data to inform product decisions.
  • Technically curious – While coding isn't required, you're interested in understanding our product stack and can engage in technical discussions with engineering partners
  • Team player - Proven ability to contribute to large-scale projects with strong collaboration skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Customer obsessed - While coding isn't required, you're interested in understanding our product stack and can engage in technical discussions with engineering partners.
  • Problem solver - You have strong business, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. You creatively solve problems by understanding the customer and identifying real obstacles and proposing viable solutions.

What’s on offer

  • £/€1,000 learning fund
  • Twice-yearly bonus (with part of it guaranteed!)
  • Unlimited Holiday
  • Pension contribution scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • Hybrid Working
  • Access to thousands of Udemy courses
  • Invest via the Company Sharesave Scheme
