Your Impact

As Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind product strategy and delivery within our Technology team. You will shape the roadmap, define features, and ensure our products deliver meaningful value to customers while aligning with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will lead initiatives from concept through to launch — ensuring every release enhances the customer experience and drives measurable impact.

A Day in the Life

• Deliver end-to-end execution of initiatives within the product roadmap, including development of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring early concepts to life.

• Partner with Delivery Managers and Engineering Managers to manage dependencies and optimise sequencing.

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

• Monitor product performance, analyse insights, and identify opportunities for optimisation.

• Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to support campaign and feature launches.

• Maintain clear and transparent communication across stakeholders regarding priorities, progress, and outcomes.

Your Strengths

• Proven experience in product management with ownership of roadmap delivery and lifecycle management.

• Demonstrated success delivering impactful features that drive product growth and customer engagement.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• A customer-first mindset with strong commercial awareness.

• Ability to translate strategy into execution while managing competing priorities.
