Your Role:

The Product Launch team is built for people who don’t just maintain systems but create them. We take products from zero to hero, and scale them until they’re strong enough to be handed over to core teams. No legacy constraints. No endless support cycles. Just greenfield builds, modern tech, and real ownership from day one. 

We move fast, think lean, and execute with focus, one product at a time, full commitment, full impact. Every sprint matter, every decision ship value. This is not a support team. It’s a build-from-scratch engine for products that matter, because every hero needs a superhero. 

We’re looking for a Product Lead with strong iGaming experience to drive discovery, strategy, and delivery for new products built within the Product Launch Team. You will define the vision, validate opportunities, shape the roadmap, and guide cross‑functional teams through fast, incremental development cycles. 

What You’ll Do 

• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for new iGaming initiatives. 

• Lead discovery: market research, user insights, competitive analysis, and hypothesis validation. 

• Build and manage the product roadmap; prioritize features based on impact and feasibility. 

• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Product Leadership. 

• Drive incremental delivery using Scrum and lean product principles. 

• Monitor KPIs, funnels, and product health; iterate based on real-world performance. 

• Prepare products for handover to main teams with complete documentation and tracking. 

What You Bring 

• Proven iGaming experience (Sportsbook, Casino, or Platform). 

• Strong product discovery and strategy skills. 

• Ability to translate business goals into measurable product outcomes. 

• Experience working with data, funnels, KPIs, and experimentation. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management. 

• Lean, fast‑execution mindset, outcome‑driven. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience launching 0→1 products. 

• Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools. 

• Understanding UX principles and player behavior.
