Our Design team is central to this mission—creating thoughtful user flows, compelling interactions, and innovative designs that shape how customers engage with our products across multiple brands.

Please note this role is ideally based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne however, we are open to remote candidates.

A Day in the Life

• Design intuitive and engaging digital experiences across web and mobile products, ensuring usability and accessibility for customers.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma.
• Contribute to and work within established design systems, applying consistent visual styles across multiple products and brands.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve outcomes.
• Produce clear design documentation, user flows, and handover notes to support development teams.
• Participate in design critiques and team reviews to continuously improve design quality and processes.
• Work independently to manage design tasks and deliver solutions in line with product roadmaps and timelines.

Your Strengths

• Proven experience working as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a commercial environment.
• Strong visual design and user experience skills with a passion for creating intuitive digital products.
• Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, along with collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro.
• Experience working with design systems and applying consistent styles across multiple products or features.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user‑centred design practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
• Familiarity with native iOS and Android design patterns and platform best practices.
• Experience designing for multiple brands or white‑label environments is highly regarded.
