Description:

Digitain is looking for a self-motivated and detail oriented professional Product & Technical Compliance Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a detailed schedule of regulatory deadlines, compliance tasks, and upcoming audits to ensure timely execution of compliance-related activities across all product lines and markets
• Support the Product & Technical Compliance Unit Head in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of compliance strategies and frameworks for market entry and product certification across various jurisdictions
• Assist in coordinating the product certification process, ensuring that all products meet local and international regulatory requirements
• Assist in monitoring changes in regulations across jurisdictions, track relevant updates, and communicate these changes to internal teams to ensure compliance measures are updated accordingly
• Coordinate and assist in conducting internal compliance audits and technical assessments, ensuring that products and processes comply with regulatory standards. Document audit results and assist in the implementation of corrective actions
• Work closely with product development, technical, legal, and operations teams to ensure that compliance requirements are properly integrated into game design and development processes
• Ensure the maintenance and organization of compliance documentation, including regulatory filings, audit reports, product certifications, and related records, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily accessible
• Identify and report any compliance risks or issues to the Product & Technical Compliance Unit Head, assisting with risk assessments and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented
• Assist the Product & Technical Compliance Unit Head in preparing reports, documentation, and communications for regulators, ensuring that all required submissions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist in providing training to internal teams on compliance procedures and regulatory requirements, ensuring that team members are well-informed and up-to-date on compliance obligations
• Support change management initiatives by ensuring that regulatory changes are properly communicated to internal teams, and help implement adjustments to processes as necessary to maintain compliance
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on the status of compliance activities and regulatory changes

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the iGaming or technology industry
• Basic understanding of global gaming regulations and technical compliance standards
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely execution of compliance-related activities
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate compliance documentation, ensure that records are properly stored, and ensure regulatory submissions are submitted on time
• Proficiency in compliance tools and software, with a good understanding of project management software and tools to track compliance tasks and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of change management processes, with the ability to assist in implementing adjustments to compliance procedures in response to regulatory changes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and provide clear instructions related to compliance requirements
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, ensuring that all compliance activities are performed efficiently and accurately
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and support the Product & Technical Compliance Unit Head in delivering compliance objectives
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to interact effectively with product development, technical, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance is integrated throughout the product lifecycle
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a must
