Position Overview

What you'll be doing

• The Operations Executive plays an important role in ensuring our onsite content is accurate, engaging, and delivered at the right time, supporting a seamless experience for our players across our brands and territories.
• Initially, you will focus on onsite content editing, working closely with colleagues in your team to maintain content and promotional pages in line with our Gaming strategy and commercial calendar. You will make changes as required, including amendments resulting from supplier downtime or shifting business priorities.
• As you develop in the role, you will have the opportunity to broaden your skills across our publishing activities, including building bonuses, maintaining game collections and peer-checking work completed by other team members. You will use creativity and commercial awareness to showcase our games and promotions in relevant and engaging ways.
• Quality and attention to detail are fundamental. You will complete your work accurately and within agreed SLAs, follow established processes, and help maintain clear, up-to-date documentation.
• You will also have opportunities to contribute to smaller projects and operational readiness activities, collaborating with colleagues across the business to support the successful launch of new campaigns, propositions and features.
• This role is suited to someone keen to learn and develop, offering the opportunity to build a broad understanding of Gaming Operations and grow into a well-rounded publisher capable of supporting content, promotions and bonus activity.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Gaming experience: Ideally, at least one year of experience in online Gaming, with an understanding of the player experience and the industry.
• Attention to detail: A strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Organisation and prioritisation: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate work within agreed SLAs.
• Adaptability and learning: Comfortable learning and working across multiple tools and systems, with an eagerness to develop new skills.
• Initiative and ownership: Confident working independently, using initiative and taking ownership of tasks through to completion.
• Communication: Strong written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Digital and analytical mindset: Comfortable working with digital tools and interested in using data and analytics to understand performance and improve onsite experiences.
• Systems experience: Previous experience with CMS, bonus platforms or Gaming back-office systems is welcome but not essential.
• Growth mindset: Keen to broaden your operational knowledge and develop your skills across content publishing, promotional pages, bonus building and wider Gaming Operations activities.
