As our Policy and Governance Advisor, you'll help strengthen the frameworks, systems and governance practices that support better decision-making across Tabcorp. Working across a broad range of stakeholders, you'll play an important role in embedding risk culture, improving processes and helping the business navigate risk with confidence.

Your role

Reporting to the Policy and Governance Manager, you'll support the ongoing uplift of Tabcorp's risk and compliance framework and our enterprise risk and compliance system. Your work will help ensure high-quality governance, meaningful reporting and strong risk practices across the business. You will:

  • Administer Tabcorp's risk and compliance system and user access
  • Deliver training and support to stakeholders across the business
  • Support the continuous improvement of Tabcorp’s risk and compliance system
  • Maintain the integrity of data within Tabcorp’s risk and compliance system and provision user access
  • Analyse risk data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc risk reporting and insights, including supporting executive and board reporting
  • Develop practical tools and resources to support the business with self service capability
  • Maintain and embed enterprise risk policies and frameworks

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a curious and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with systems, data and stakeholders. You bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in governance, risk and continuous improvement.

  • Experienced in risk, compliance, audit or process improvement
  • Strong capability in analysing data and identifying insights
  • Ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience supporting governance, policy or compliance activities
  • Strong capability using Microsoft Office and business systems (AI experience advantageous)
  • Ability to improve processes and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Strong communication skills
