Overview

As the Influencer & Content Marketing Senior Specialist, you will contribute to the execution of the Italian marketing strategy for global and local live events, supporting social media and content campaigns, and managing day-to-day influencer collaborations. You will coordinate content creation and publishing, monitor campaign performance, and ensure compliance with advertising and legal standards. Additionally, you will support PR initiatives, help foster community engagement, and contribute to content innovation to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

What you’ll do:

• Support the execution of the Italian marketing strategy for global (e.g., EPT, WSOP) and local (e.g., Campione Open) live events, contributing to content creation and amplification across all event stages.     

• Manage daily operations of social media, YouTube, and non-gaming content activities, coordinating content planning, production, publishing, and community engagement.

• Implement influencer and talent partnership initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, maintaining effective collaboration with agencies and external partners.

• Monitor and analyse influencer performance and campaign results, ensuring accurate budget tracking and compliance with advertising standards.

• Manage operational aspects related to contracts, IP usage, and legal compliance within influencer and content marketing.

• Support media relations, consumer PR, and community management initiatives (e.g., Poker communities) to enhance brand engagement.

• Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative content formats and strategies, including Poker content marketing and streaming projects.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in community management or player engagement, preferably within the gaming or online entertainment industry.  

• Strong ability to manage and grow online communities across platforms such as Discord, Twitch, and major social media channels.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Data-driven mindset, with experience in analysing, and reporting.

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel within Europe based on business requirements.
