At Grosvenor Casinos, player protection is at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a Player Protection Manager to champion a strong, visible culture of safer gambling across the venue — protecting customers, colleagues and the business, while delivering an engaging and responsible gaming experience.

Partnering closely with the General Manager, you’ll use data, insight and sound judgement to monitor customer behaviour, identify risk, including problem gambling and money laundering, and take decisive action to continually raise standards.

We’re looking for someone with an investigative mindset, who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns and asking the right questions — and who’s equally confident having thoughtful, supportive conversations with customers.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll balance analysis, investigation and people skills to deliver meaningful impact:

• Monitor and analyse customer behaviour across the gambling and gaming environment to identify risks such as problem gambling, financial vulnerability or potential money laundering concerns.
• Lead high‑quality player protection interventions, ensuring timely, well‑judged action, accurate record‑keeping and continuous review.
• Deliver and oversee due diligence activity (CDD, EDD, affordability), ensuring all documentation, decisions and follow‑ups meet regulatory standards.
• Use data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) to identify trends, anomalies and emerging risks, sharing insight with venue and central teams.
• Coach and support colleagues, building confidence and consistency in player protection conversations and decision‑making.
• Own player protection performance, providing clear updates to the General Manager on risk, compliance, KPIs and opportunities for improvement.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for people who genuinely care — about safety, wellbeing and doing the right thing. Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus however not required.

You’ll bring:

• Demonstrable previous experience working with data / reports / analysis.
• An investigative, analytical mindset, with high attention to detail and confidence working with data.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
• A values‑led approach, driven by integrity, honesty and accountability, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
