You will be part of a passionate team, which is building an industry leading, scalable, multi-brand platform to support 40+ online brands! Our brands are used by hundreds of thousands of users and growing.

 

What's in it for you?

Player Account Management (PAM) Area covers everything related to the management of the player accounts, such as:

  • Account creation, verification, updates, and closure
  • Account authentication, controls, and security
  • User session management
  • Account balance (Wallet)
  • Transaction management (now including taxation!)
  • Responsible Gaming 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust database solutions using PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB, OpenSearch, and Elasticsearch.
  • Improve query performance through query refactoring, schema redesign, and fine-tuning of data layer service configurations.
  • Create optimal data models for new services and enhance existing ones to support scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to negotiate and deliver technical solutions in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous integration/deployment.
  • Implement monitoring solutions and proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and data-related issues.

 

You are good at

  • Proven experience with PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB, OpenSearch, and Elasticsearch.
  • Strong understanding of query optimization, indexing strategies, and data schema design.
  • Experience with data layer configuration tuning for performance and reliability.
  • Solid background in data modeling for both OLTP and OLAP systems.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 

Extra awesome

  • Experience with cloud-based database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL, MongoDB Atlas).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
