ENTER THE GAME

As Physical Security manager, you will join the Global Security teams, to:

  1. Lead, define and deploy the physical security roadmap for all Betclic offices.
  2. Guarantee high level of security of our offices and people safety
  3. Lead investigation in case of incident


YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Design, coordinate and deploy physical security strategy (offices and people safety) and roadmap. The strategy must be tailored to the size of each site, as well as to local activities and specificities.
  • Define security standards applicable across all sites (access control, surveillance, perimeter protection, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (safety, fire protection, accessibility, etc.).
  • Coordinate responses to major incidents (intrusion, threat, disaster).
  • Conduct regular audits of security practices across all sites to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Furnish key indicators.
  • Ensure traceability and reporting of security events.
  • Coordinate with Facilities, IT, HR teams and local partners.
  • Train local teams on security procedures and deployed tools.
  • Promote a proactive and embedded security culture across the organization.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar job position
  • You have expertise in access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter protection.
  • You have strong understanding of geopolitical and regulatory issues related to physical security.
  • You are recognized for your ability to mentor engineers, build career paths, and recruit and develop talent in fast-paced environments.
  • You demonstrate leadership with the ability to unite and lead cross-functional teams.
  • You are highly proactive and able to adapt yourself to different context.
  • You are able to prioritise tasks and lead multiple projects.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • And finally, you speak English fluently


WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Etienne will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Sophie – Global Security Director. Finally, Etienne will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
