The Performance Operations Manager is responsible for the operational execution, systems administration, and continuous delivery of the company’s performance management programs. This role ensures performance processes run seamlessly, timelines are met, systems function accurately, and insights drive leadership decision-making.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires leveraging AI and automation to drive efficiency, scale operations, and continuously improve how performance programs are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Operations
- Execute performance programs (e.g., performance cycles, talent reviews, promotions, continuous feedback) with a focus on automation and scalability
- Use AI tools to manage timelines, track progress, and proactively flag risks or delays
- Coordinate communications using AI-assisted messaging and targeting to drive engagement and completion
- Ensure high completion and compliance through data-driven nudges and insights
Lattice SME & System Ownership
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the performance platform
- Configure and optimize systems with a focus on automation, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows
- Partner with HRIS and vendors to implement smarter, more efficient system solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, leveraging AI to identify anomalies or inconsistencies
- Translate program design into scalable, system-driven experiences
Enablement & Training
- Develop clear, engaging materials using AI to accelerate content creation and improve clarity
- Design and deliver training that incorporates AI-enabled workflows and best practices
- Ensure consistent understanding by leveraging AI to personalize and scale learning experiences
Reporting & Analytics
- Produce dashboards and reporting (completion rates, rating distributions, calibration summaries)
- Use AI to analyze trends, surface insights, and highlight risks proactively
- Enable leaders and HRBPs with faster, deeper insights to support decision-making
- Move beyond reporting to predictive insights and recommendations
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor program effectiveness using data and AI-driven insights
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve processes
- Gather and synthesize feedback using AI to scale insights and accelerate iteration
Collaboration
- Partner with People Business Partners, HR Operations, and L&D to embed AI-enabled ways of working
- Support leaders and employees with clear, efficient, and tech-enabled guidance
- Ensure seamless integration between performance, talent, and pay processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR programs, People Operations, or Performance Management
- Hands-on experience administering Lattice (or similar platforms)
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, or content creation
- Strong program management and execution skills
- Experience building training content and facilitating live sessions
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple timelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A mindset of continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence
