As our People Partner, you'll be the go-to People expert for our Gibraltar office, owning the day-to-day employee experience while partnering with leaders across the business to build high-performing teams. This is a broad role that combines operational excellence with strategic business partnering, giving you the opportunity to shape how we attract, develop and support our people as we continue to scale.

You'll thrive if you enjoy being visible and accessible to employees, are comfortable challenging traditional HR thinking, and want the autonomy to make a real impact in a fast-growing business.

You will:

• Own the full employee lifecycle, delivering an exceptional experience from onboarding through to offboarding.

• Partner with managers and leaders to coach, develop and support high-performing teams.

• Manage employee relations matters, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice while ensuring compliance with Gibraltar employment legislation.

• Lead and continuously improve People processes, policies and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

• Drive performance, engagement and development by supporting managers with goal setting, feedback and performance conversations.

• Use People data, employee feedback and insights to identify trends and influence business decisions.

• Champion Midnite's Tenets and help embed them into every stage of the employee journey.

• Leverage AI, automation and technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our People practices.

The next Midniter:

• Has experience in a broad People, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-growing, scale-up or technology business.

• Builds trusted relationships with managers and confidently coaches them through a wide range of People challenges.

• Has strong employee relations experience and can balance commercial thinking with sound employment law knowledge.

• Is proactive, highly organised and enjoys taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

• Challenges the status quo, embraces new technology and is always looking for smarter ways of working.

• Communicates with kindness, honesty and directness, creating an environment where people feel able to do their best work.

• Is excited by the opportunity to help build and shape the employee experience as our Gibraltar office continues to grow.
